Round Table DISCUSSION Series on Cooperative Farming
​In The Great Lakes Bioregion

Please Join us for the first in a planned series of talks about how the Great lakes bioregion is one of Earth's most fertile yet underdeveloped breadbaskets. In this event we will begin to discuss how regenerative agricultural designs can help to reinvent our communities through sustainable land use, education and creative employment.​
Each presenter will present for 50 minutes with 15 minutes at end of each talk for questions and answers and 10 minute break between talks
Round table panel discussion with Q&A will follow for 45 minutes

• Megan Phillips Goldenberg of the Washtenaw County Conservation District (WCCD) - An important underutilized local asset. Megan will present and discuss WCCD's many program offerings and resources to support growth of farming and sustainable land use projects in Washtenaw County
• Clifford Dean Scholz  representative of Farms for Tomorrow. farmsfortomorrow.org/ Cliff will share about the organization’s current mission to protect farmland, farms and the profession of farming
• Mark Cohen - Mark brings a whole systems perspective on the interrelationships between regenerative farming, economic development and a healthy secure future for our communities.
• SEND - Is the nonprofit host of these series of roundtable discussions.
• You - There will be time set aside after each presenter to have an interactive discussion between you and the presenter to share with participants!
